“Stairway to Eleven” plank walk up stairs adding 1 merkin each step until reach 11.   Cruise I77 with 11 or so stops, sequence 7 reps of burpees, CH squats, merkins, step ups or dips.  Navigate between stops via BC, mosey, quad, karaoke, high steps as called by Q.  Down under bars for IC 7 reps of close, wide, reverse pull ups.  To CBS.  Exercise sequence IC 7 reps of curls, press, sc, rows, dead lift, squats.  On 6 for press to overhead extend, sit-ups.  Abbreviated Top Gun continuous 7x reps of curls, press, sc, rows, DL, squats then drop for a burpee.  Shortened to 7 minutes due to time.  Return CBs and back to AO.
