The Circuit with 30


As mentioned in the PreBlast, this would be a Circuit workout. I’m glad that 8 of the areas finest PAX took the bait and showed this morning 👍 . This AO has a lot to offer, with tremendous variety of obstacles and a big surface area.

It all went something a little bit like this.

Pledge of Allegiance

Warm O Roma: SSH IC X 29, Slow Windmill IC X 15, (MobyDick joins), SSH X 1 (for total of 30), Slow Windmill IC X 15, carrot puller/long snapper X 15.

The Circuit: All PAX gathered in the playground and were presented paper flyers X 4 with 4 separate exercises for 4 different body parts.

Core: ARMS: LEGS: and UPPER BODY

PAX would do a 30 second exercise for each body part, then rotate. That was 1 round = 4 exercises. After each round the PAX ran a lap in the nearest parking lot. That was completed 5 times = 5 rounds.

After 2nd round ALL PAX did Rocky Balboas IC X 30.

Once all 5 rounds completed, All PAX did alternating leg ups X 30, then 3 stair inclined Mericans with 5 Mericans per stair X 2. Another lap around the parking lot and a pigeon mobility moment led by Jazzhands.

Unspoken prayers 🙏 mentioned PAX mother’s who are ailing to enjoy Mother’s Day.

It’s always great to share fellowship with these PAX, but sharing on a Friday at a pristine AO is ‘all the more better’. Enjoyed it fellas. Hopefully y’all did too 💪.
