Beatdown

There were 6 “properties” place around the Meatlocker parking lot:

• “Mustang” – 5 pullups, 10 step-ups each leg, 10 calf raises – owner Dolittle
• “SVU” – 10 burpees, 10 merkins, 10 LBCs – owner Clark
• “Trilogy” – 10 SSH, 10 Hands Free Merkins, 10 pretzel crunches each side – owner Clark
• “The Gates” – 2 bear crawls up hill, 10 WW1s, 10 star jumps – owner Mater
• “Villages of Denver” – 10 lunges each leg, 10 low flutters, 10 curb dips – owner Mater
• “Verdict Ridge” – 10 Diamond Merkins, 10 jump squats, 10 Jane fondas each leg – owner Dolittle

PAX rolled the dice to see who went first.  Mater, Dolittle, Clark was the order.  PAX rolled and all PAX would advance number of properties as indicated by dice.  All PAX participate in the exercises and the PAX whose turn it was bought the property.  The next time the PAX made it to the property, PAX that do not own the property do 2X the amount of exercises listed on the property, while the owner did normal amount, moseyed until other PAX done, or planked.

Evidently Shakeweight WAS scared as he didn’t show.

Hefty, Twister is not the best idea with a bunch of sweaty men so I changed to another game.

Clark was churning out options for other board games that we could play in the future.  I believe this encouraged his creativeness to come back at Mustang.  So ALL should SHOW to Mustang next Clark Q

Mater didn’t even consider a bowel movement – I take this as a compliment that this was a great workout. 

Clark wore the wrong shoes – He didn’t consider that we do have grass at THE Meatlocker

Mater only complained about my dice made out carboard box when it landed on 6, because he thought it was 9.  

Enjoyed coming up with this.  Look for it at Mustang on a Saturday in the future.  Looking for ideas to make it even better.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Mater will be in Chicago and I will be in Texas so anyone is free to lead at Meatlocker next week.  Otherwise, there will not be a workout at Meatlocker next Wednesday.
