22 PAX paid tribute this morning  by remembering and honoring those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.  The annual Memorial Day Murph never fails to bring strong participation and this morning was no exception.  The “early bird” 6am edition this morning, which launched from Jason’s Deli, brought out 34 strong, while 22 PAX chose the 7am MDM launched from 131 Main.

1 mile run to JV Washam Elementary School where PAX would perform 4 difference exercises together.  Each PAX would volunteer calling out and leading the exercise “popcorn” style including a special request from BagBoy for core work.

100 pull-ups

200 merkins

300 squats

400 reps of various core work

1 mile run back to 131 main parking lot

Each PAX would honor a veteran who gave their lives while serving by calling them out by name.  From father’s, grandfather’s, high school and college friends, and others, those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom were remembered and honored.  Thank you to Callahan for closing us in a heartfelt prayer of gratitude on this special holiday.
