It has been a while since I’ve been able to Q Gladiator so when Toby made the call out needing more Q’s, I was very excited to be able to take one morning.  I was so excited I even showed up early!!

Got a great playlist queued up (this was confirmed by several others that they enjoyed the playlist, not just me), and joined 10 more PAX for some traditional exercises and wanted to try a new exercise i learned while on vacation in Hilton Head with the PAX down there.

Moleskin:

Whether in Hilton Head by the beach or in a church parking lot, it’s always a joy to get out there in the gloom with my fellow PAX.  There’s this unique bond formed that no matter where you go, the F3 motto of faith, fellowship, and fitness unites us to something bigger than ourselves.  We often can take it for granted, including myself, but this morning I was reminded yet again how much of a blessing this is what we have where we can share our struggles through the workout, but also our real struggles in life that we try and hide often times.

So, if you have enjoyed your experience with F3, keep coming out, sign up to Q, and bring an FNG with you next time.  When you’re with your neighbor, friend, or colleague be looking for the opportunity to share F3 with them, much like we should be sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ which is good news to everyone!

It’s an honor to be in the gloom with you guys, and thank you Toby for letting me take the reins this morning.
