IC: MC, CO, TS, ST. On the steps for IC calf raises. “Stairway to 11” plank walk up step’s with +1merkin each step.
Beat Down
Circuit around parking Lot with 11 stops for 7x burpees, step ups or dips, CH Squats, hand release merkins. Finish at downunder bars for 3 sets. Pick up CBs, 5x continuous for 50 seconds on/10 seconds rest, curls, press, SC, rows, dead lift. Do 2×10 sets. Back to launch pad
