I believe that Amen, Jorel did the “The Standard” prior to the workout. I saw them in their strides on my way to the great Wilderness workout.
We did warmorama with some arm circle, hand streches, hops, windmills and high knees. Then, the PAX did the indian run to the pain clock. PAX also picked their favorite rocks.
At the pain clock, we established 3 stations and spent 2min 30 secs at each of them.
Pain Station 1:
- 10x BURPEES
- 10x Overhead presses
- 10x Skull Crushes
Pain Station 2:
- 20x Lunges
- 20x Chest presses
- 20x Bent over rows
Pain Station 3:
- 30x LBC
- 30x Low flutters
- 30x Glute bridges
After revolving around the 3 pain stations, 3 times, we indian ran to the Queen’s corner for the tradition of doing Freddy Mercuries. We then indian ran to the base and realized that we may have a little bit more time left. So, we honoured our MQ, Amen by doing his favorite exercise J Lo a few times.
Prayers were sent for Jorel’s mom, the job market and our heros – Fire Dept, Police and our First responders.
