The Q calls a round of exercise and each time one Pax steps out to flip the tire 5 times down and 5 times back (using proper form of course). Repeato until all Pax had a turn. Round two will be done by each Pax calling/leading an exercise.

Moleskin:
Gladiator is such a fine AO. Not only does it have everything a Q needs, but the Pax who consistently show up set it apart. There’s nothing that compares to a bunch of studs circled up near a shovel flag. The Pax got it done today. We worked hard and the sweat was evidence of it. I think each of us is better because we started our day together in the gloom. It is an honor to post with my F3 brothers. Thanks gents!
