5 Pax joined me for my first Q at Bedrock. I had promised pain and stairs so was happy to see that didn’t scare too many away. It went like this:

Warmorama:
Head to the track and Mosey a lap.
SSH, IST, Toy Soldier, Carrot Puller, Slow Windmill all IC.

The Thing:
Mosey a half lap to the stairs and partner up for Dora. 1 partner runs to top of stairs and does 1 burpee while other partner does the below:
Totals:
100 Merkins
200 LBCs
300 Squats
I decided to mix in some trivia for Possum. Theme was 1992.
First question: The first smartphone was invented in 1992. Which company created it? After some solid brainstorming the Pax ultimately guessed incorrectly and paid a 10 burpee penalty. (Correct answer is IBM)

Mosey back to the rocks for repeato.

Mosey back to the stairs for Dora round 2. Complaints were in full swing now so I decided I had to change the exercises. 100 Hand release Merkins, 200 WW2, 300 Squats. At this point coffee was mentioned and we were on the verge of full mutiny but all pax stuck in and finished the full dora. 
2nd Trivia question: Who was the leading scorer for the Dream Team in 92. Pax incorrectly guessed Lary Bird and paid a 5 burpee penalty. (Correct answer was Barkley)

Mosey back to start for quick Mary of Pretzel Crunch, Rosalita, Low Flutter, Freddy Mercury, and airborn mindbender. Recover, recover.
