FIA’s not afraid of the rain, and I almost joined them…

Five FIA members (who weren’t afraid of the rain, unlike many of the “men” of Isotope) posted and were early and I was either going to be a sad clown or join them.  But what to my wondering eyes did appear and prevent me from meeting either of those fates, it was the amazing Tantrum!

We ran a few laps, did a few warmorama workouts, and then took it off campus.  As we were leaving campus, and much to the chagrin of Tantrum, we did 10 burpees.  We went up and down the hills of Bud Henderson – a place that neither of us had run previously, and did some pain stations along the way.

It was great catching up with Tantrum as he can always carry a great conversation.  I sincerely appreciate him posting this morning and not being afraid of the rain and agreeing to run off campus.  I also appreciate Gambini for letting me know that I picked a terrible week for a mini-Toby as I wasn’t aware.

I will see you all at Samson tomorrow for a covered workout in case anyone would like to post and stay dry.
