Mosey to the bottom of Clubber Lane
Roll the dice to decide which way to go.
The number on the dice decides how many mailboxes you have to run past. Odd numbers makes you go the opposite way from the launch pad and even numbers makes you go back to the launch pad. The goal is to roll the dice to get out of the neighborhood and back to the LP. The number on the dice also determine if we do upper body workout (even numbers) or lower body workout (odd numbers). All exercises are a 10 count OYO. The PAX got to choose the exercise when they got to roll the dice. The only exception was when a 6 was rolled. Every time a 6 was rolled we got to do burpees. It took us about 30 minutes to get out of the neighborhood and back to the launch pad.
Mosey to the LP for a sip of water and then mosey to the Tennis courts.
Left side of the net was odd numbers and sprints
Right side of the net was even numbers and other types of moving exercises.
The exercises were 10 count again and the PAX got to choose the exercise when they rolled.
We got ran off the courts for some pickle ballers, but we were ready for MARY any way.

Not a whole lot of chatter that I could hear. It was probably drowned out by the sound of sweat hitting the ground. Abrams was there.
Not sure the game was fun, but maybe it took our minds off of the sweaty exercises.
