5 Pax were present and accounted for at The Mighty Oak this morning. No amount of rain could stop us. Here’s what went down…

Welcome/Disclaimer at Base

Mosey to the back of the school lot (where nothing good ever happens) for Warmarama (IC):

Get blocks

YHC gave the Pax an option of a game of cards (without giving specifics) or a game of pong (no beer). They chose pong and so the story begins:

Each Pax got a tennis ball and tried to get it into the empty bucket a few feet away. They could do bank shots off the wall, bounce off the ground, or a straight shot-whatever it takes…

Making the shot allowed each Pax to call his own exercise with or without a block. A miss, however, would result in either a ‘MERICANADO or CORENADO chosen by the Q.

 

‘MERICANADO=

-5 burpees

-5 Diamond ‘ Mericans (IC)

-5 ‘Mericans (IC)

-5 Wide ‘Mericans

-Run a lap to the end of the breezeway and back.

CORENADO=

-5 burpees

-5 LBC’s (IC)

-5 Dying Cockroach (IC)

-5 WWII

-Run a lap to the end of the breezeway and back.

In total, only 5 pong shots were made (not counting the bonus round). For those the Pax did the following:

-WWII

-Curls

-People’s chair with block/touch them heels

-Calf raises

-Curls again

Therefore, we did a total of 7 ‘MERICANADOs and 4 CORENADOs.

YHC allowed for a quick back-to-back speed/bonus round of pong at the end. Each Pax got one shot with a burpee penalty for each miss. This resulted in only two mere burpees due to the accuracy of the Pax (curses!).

Recover, Recover

Moleskin:

The learning for YHC was that he stinks at pong. Sadly, Bluetooth was problematic so there were no dope jamz playing, but that will be remedied next time. The Pax got it done today. It was great seeing Dewey back off the Kotter’s list since November. Turncoat just got back from Alaska, and Estwing is flying out of town with his kiddos. Roadie still has nice hair. Way to get it done today gents. It was good to start the morning in the company of F3 brothers.
