7 men came out to join YHC for running with Pain Stations. We got in a total of 1.75 miles and 13 pain stations. Each pack would decide the number of burpees at each station. Many burpees with various other exercises where performed. Great work men!  Also thanks for putting up with my healthcare related stories and the adventures of ponytailed boy!

We found out that Ponch lives in a bubble and never heard of Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody though he is very familiar with the Highlander sound track…. Unfortunately Skynet, I mean Miranda, was not with us this morning but I am sure he knows the song.
