YHC broke ole Blackbeard out of the dungeon of Lyon Hill Lane this morning after his sentencing of 30 days of hard time on the floor of the penitentiary. Though ole Blackbeard is not able to run he is able to walk and we did so briskly away from the dungeons. As we walked towards our get away of the greenway, YHC added in a few “pain stations” to help him appreciate his new found freedom. Unfortunately for Blackbeard during his confinement the scalywag’s tried to make him give up his beloved treasure maps by inserting screws and plates into his lower back, little did the scalywag’s understand the toughness of the ole Blackbeard, forged from many years of gathering in the gloom with his fellow pirates of F3. A man develops a certain amount of internal fortitude performing side shuffle hops and calling out Mary in the early hours. Though Blackbeard has many more months of being on the run (walk) he has shown great strength on post-op day 9. We will continue to keep all of the Isotope informed on the Blackbeards progress.

And here I was just lamenting being a #kotter for the next several months. Airstream to the rescue on the therapy, the camaraderie, and the paperwork. Argh!
