Thanks to an Emmaus scouting party who hit the greenway… we knew the preceding 24 hours of rain had left our greenway nice and puddled. Thus, Banger opted for drier pastures; the Tammy Faye-memorial alternative route (i.e. a tidy 4-mile loop, Northcross to Devonshire to Birkdale Commons). This involves stopping very early and very late in the run as we regather and cross 73 safely… but not much of a break in-between. Feels like a betrayal to have so little banging.
Great work out there this morning, felt like a pretty speedy crew for high-summer morning temps and peak-humidity… that didn’t seem to get in anyone’s way. Until next time…
