The Thang:

Mosey for 3.23 Miles with ‘Mericans and LBCs peppered in. We enjoyed 4 pain stations along the route and did 25 ‘Mericans and 25 LBCs at each. In total, 100 ‘Mericans and 100 LBCs were completed. YHC even wove in a mid-workout mobility moment of pigeon, and a post-workout mobility moment of pigeon (because he is the Q that cares).

Moleskin:

The Pax got it done today! No man was left behind and we planked between stations to keep the group together.  We were visited by El Chapo from @F3Raleigh who posted with us. He crushed the workout. Glad to have him join us for the pain administration. We welcome you back anytime bro! Overdraft has been on fire lately after recently being named. It was great seeing him again in the gloom. Thanks to Jaws, Ultraman, and Hippie for the encouragement and support to Q today, given that YHC continues to note that he is not a runner. All Pax who showed today will receive an entry into the drawing for a “Major Award” as YHC continues his weeklong 2-year Manniversary celebration. What better way to start the day by being with F3 brothers and ending in a COT.  Thanks for lending YHC the keys to the AO today Lonestar!

COT/Namarana/Announcements/Prayer Requests/Coffeteria:

-Mothers-Remember UltraMan, The Force, Jorel, and Toby regarding caregiving and health issues with their aging parents.

-Unspokens in all F3 circles.

-For new Pax, volunteer to lead/Q (we’ll help you co-Q). For you seasoned guys, sign up for some Q’s. Invite a brother you haven’t seen in a while who’s a Kotter. Invite that #just1 who needs you more than you know (an invitation is a powerful thing brothers). If none of those work for you, just show up. No one will be left behind, but it all starts with the discipline to take one step on your own.
