I77 around lot.  11 stations   7 x Burpees, Dips, Step Ups, Squats in sequence.  Navigate vis mosey, karaoke, lunge walk between stations.
 To down under bars.  Sequence of 7 x close, wide, reverse pull ups.

To AO for “Top Gun”.  10 minutes with 7 reps With KB, curls, press, skull crushers, rows, dead lift,squat.  Drop for burpee at each minute.
