Warm-up
Normal stuff – Q had to lead the Windmills because G-RIP was a no show. Teased us with a hopeful response to the text preblast then slept in.
Main Event
Natty Lite was out for a Thursday. Been a while so he got to choose our adventure. Option to turn left, right or go straight out of parking lot. Left was the choice.
Run to boat launch parking lot gazebo.
15 X derkins, 15 X dips, 10 X derkins, 10 X dips, 5 X derkins, 5 X dips, Complex flutter X 10 IC (arms out to side, arms up, american hammer, etc.) Run three laps around boat launch parking lot.
4 X through the above set. Changed up derkins to wide arm derkins and diamond derkins and the flutter set changed each time. Trying to get the gang their money’s worth with some variety.
Indian run to corner of main road and clubhouse road. AYG run back to clubhouse to see who was the fastest F3’er out there. Natty couldn’t wait so got off to an early start. Pinky and Surf followed. Toro took off. Q standing there waiting to say “go”. All said and done, Q was definitely the fastest….passed a few and gained ground on everyone. Nice try though fellas.
