7 PAX braved the gloom on this warm unbreezy Monday morning and we are all better for it. Chatter was noted regarding YHC’s process crimes on the Q front.  Similar to senior year of college,  Q school will need to be repeated.

PAX circle up,  one pax does KB Allen Iverson while the other PAX perform an exercise until he returns to spot. Round completed when all PAX have done a lap around the group.   Exercises included:

KB curls (hi, low and full)

KB lawnmowers

KB OH Press

KB Windshield Wipers

KB low flutter

Round 2 same but KB around the world whilst doing the lap around PAX and dips on the benches

SPORTS TRIVIA partner work:

Round 1- PAX answered correctly, partner 1 carries both KBs across parking lot and back,  partner at home does mericans while partner heading out,  LBCs while partner heading back

Round 2- PAX did not correctly answer  when the last Yankees losing season was (guesses ranged from 1993-2022). Last Yankee losing season was 1993.  Partner 1 does walking lunge to parking spot line and back.  Partner at home does burpees as penalty for missing.

Round 3- PAX answered correctly naming 4 of MLB’s current division leaders. Partner 1 does goblet squat on the way out, forearm curl on the way back. Partner at home plank pull through with KB on way out.  8 count thrusters on way back.
