Ludahills x5

Turnpike met me to run a standard and Stray got some warmup laps in before the show started at 5:30.

At 5:30 we hit the track for a warmup lap and then headed up towards beaties ford stopping for some SSH, IST, slow windmill, and carrot pullers.

Instructions were given that we would be doing hill repeats. Run to the bridge on Bud Henderson and then back up the hill into the Community School of Davidson parking lot. We did this 5 times and then headed back to RB Park.

Moleskin:
While the hills might have been tough it was great being out there with the Pax this morning. For a second the breeze made me forget that it is not going to be 100 this weekend. FNG=Sharp is truly turning into a runner, Stray continues pushing hard despite a foot injury, Turnpike is always great to run with, Vandelay seems to have convinced Snake Eyes and Overdraft to run the Tuna relay, and I would say it was nice to catch up with AM-PM but he was so far ahead of me on the hills I didnt really get the chance.

Thanks to all who posted this morning and thanks to AM-PM for taking us out with some great words to start the morning.
