9 fellas met for the 1st official F3LKN workout of the week. The plan was simple: 4 corners and then make up some other stuff to fill the time. You know, the usual.
We moseyed down to the theatre lot where Gnarly Goat was worried about possible fallout from a lone seagull when warm-o-rama damn near took the wheels off this bus. Possum reminisced about feeding seagulls at the beach and then the heckling began. Apparently Possum is a big fan of childrens lunches and normally goes to the beach packing in his steel Lone Ranger lunch box the following: PB&J Uncrustables, an apple juice box, regular Lays potato chips (DO NOT give him Ruffles) and Chips Ahoy cookies. (Overheard this is his normal fare when going into work at the bank, too.) No wonder we have all these banking crises- the inmates are running the asylum!
One round of silent windmills finally restored order to this mess. Other warm-up exercises: SSH, carrot puller, mountain climber, IST, Dying Cockroach.
At the 4 corners of the lot we did the following:
Corner 1: 7 burpees (subsequently per lap: 6,5,4,3,2,1)
Corner 2: 7 jump squats (6,5,4,3,2,1)
Corner 3: 7 ‘Merican push-ups (6,5,4,3,2,1)
Corner 4: 10 WWIIs (10,10,10,10,10,10)
Extra credit performed by the crowd as we finished round 1.
After Gnarly Goat gave us a respite with a perfect Mobility Moment, we moseyed to the old fountain for SLOW decline ‘Mericans @ 10
Alternating LBCs @ 15
Slow decline ‘Mericans @ 10 again
Moseyed down to COT for a little bit O’ Mary
Naked Moleskin:
- One wonders what anyone within earshot of this crew early this morning would have thought.
- Despite the sweat and pounding heart, today was fun
- Thank you to GG for leading a well-timed mobility moment
- Bel-air banged out those decline ‘Mericans like a man possessed!
- Good effort today, gents. See you again soon.
Bahaha would have been the reaction after listening to that mumble chatter

Awesome workout brother and great being with the PAX at Berean!
Loved singing some jodies with Bel-Air on his last lap.
