Main Event
Route I77: parking lot lap with 11 rest stops for 7 x Burpees, CH Squats, Merkins, Dips, Step Ups. To Down under bars for 3 x sets of pull-ups and hang. Cruise between rest stops via mosey, bear crawl, quadraphilla, karaoke, lunge walk. Return to Launch Pad.
Split into two groups; one pax runs the stairs 10 times while other group does sequence of 7 x curls, press, SC, upright rows, dead lift, squats. Switch off. Rinse and repeat 6 rotations. Grand finale Stairway to 11 (plank walk up stairs with +1 merkin at each stop.
