8 Generals gathered to celebrate another FRiday morning in Cornelius. We performed the obligatory pledge and moseyed to the bottom of the big retaining wall for our warm-up.
It was: SSH x 50, down dog, mountain climber, slow squat, IST, Freddy Mercury
We then moseyed around the block to our favorite rock pile to grab a rocky friend.
With out new friends we did the following 5 corners:
Corner 1: 50 rock curls
Corner 2: 40 ‘Mericans
Corner 3: 30 WWIIs
Corner 4: 20 jump squats
Corner 5: 10 burpees
We moseyed back to our rocky friends and did a little bit or a mobility moment with some pigeon
Repeato of the 5 corners
We then replaced our rocks and went in to COT for MARY
Little baby extensions, Alternating LBCs, Touch Dem Heels, Glute Bridge

Naked Moleskin:
1. Well, I have to say Primo and Black Flag totally crushed it today- nice work gents!
2. Boar Hog would have led the way, but poor Hurley II tends to slow him down.
