We started with a moment of silence in honor of the 22nd anniversary of 9/11/2001.
then kicked things off with 22 burpees. Took a trip to the bridge; did some uphill wheelbarrows, dragon crawls, walk-crabs, and bear crawls. Then wrapped things up with some block work and Mary.
prayers up for the souls lost and for their families.
