14 PAX, 3 of which are FNGs came out to the Gladiator for a tour of the AO and a bit more on this GLOOMY morning.

Mosey past the school entrance and out front of complex to the maintenance building for:

Hill work: count off into 2 groups, group #1 up to top of the hill for 5 jump squats, while group #2 alternating lunges until group #1 returns. Flip flop for 5 rounds each group 

Mosey to the church drop for:

Core work: Rocky twists (modification of American twists but punch fist towards the ground after twisting) IC X 10, LBCs IC X 10, low flutter IC X 10 

Mosey to back parking lot for:

Block work: stay in 2 separate groups. Group #1 grab cider blocks for: curls X 10 count, overhead chest press X 10 count, skull crushers X 10 count. While group #2 grab pavers/bricks for: T pose, into American gladiator pose, into cheerleader pose. Flip flop with each group X 3 rounds each. Cider blocks & pavers/bricks back.

Mosey to Pull-up bars for: group#1 dead hang or negative pull-ups, while group#2 SSH IC X 10. Flip flop.

Mosey to launch for:

Mobility moment: pigeon into cobra pigeon, cat cow, thread the needle X 5 count each arm
