YHC received a text the evening before that Chilly Willy’s groin injury would keep him from Q’ing, so it would be a Waffle affair. Always happy to oblige.
And so 8 men congregated in the starry gloom to obtain some fitness, with fellowship and faith sure to follow.
After a disclaimer for the benefit of the new guy, we moseyed into the park for a little warm-o-rama including imperial stormtroopers, long snapper, windmill, mountain climber, plank shoulder touch, and slow squats. Next, mosey to rock pile, grab a rock, and Zampirini past the stop sign to the back lot, where we circled up.
In cadence, we did 15x curls, sumo squats, and American hammers then took a lap. Next round were 15x chest press, eye busters, and little baby rock extensions (S2K) and a lap. Repeat the first and second sets by 10 with laps in between, then finish with 5x all 6 exercises.
Arm-ageddon back to rock pile (repeating curls, shoulder press, skull crushers) and return rocks. Mosey to home base.

Canuck took us out, FNG will be named second post, coffee followed for 3 pax, and a good time was had by all. 1.4 miles, plenty of chatter, and hopefully a little added fitness.
