Happy fall yall!
Great weather in the gloom this morning and an even better group of HIMs.
We started with a long mosey and warmarama. Then we did 3 rounds of 10 pull ups and and 20 merkins and everyone did every single rep (they could). That was hard. Head to the bench area for wall sits, split squats, dips, derkins and step ups. Benches rule!
Mosey to block pile for OH press, squats, swings, curls,
Repeato. Then Mary.

Thanks to The Force for taking over MQ at Samson! The Force has been an MQ pretty much the whole time I have been in F3. This thing doesn’t work without MQs and Qs.
