Warmup
- Stretching
- cotton pickers 10 IC
- windmills 10 IC
- goofballs 10 IC
- windmills 10 IC
- imperial storm troopers 10 IC
Beatdown
- mosey to school end of parking lot, stop to do 5 merkins, 5 LBCs and 5 squats
- mosey around perimeter of parking lot to tennis courts, do 6 of each exercise.
- back to school end of parking lot, doing 7 of each exercise. Repeat this pattern until we get to 10 of each exercise.
- Sprint to 1st stop sign, mosey back
- sprint to 2nd stop sign, mosey back
- sprint to other side of parking lot
- Do 9 merkins, 9 LBCs, and 9 squats
- mosey to tennis court end of parking lot, stop to do 8 merkins, 8 LBCs and 8 squats
- mosey around perimeter of parking lot to school, do 7 of each exercise.
- Repeat this pattern until we get to 5 of each exercise.
- Sprint to 1st stop sign, mosey back
- sprint to 2nd stop sign, mosey back
- sprint to other side of parking lot

Sparrow said he felt his age during this workout. (BUT he was out there and that’s what counts!!! Great job)
Iron Horse dreamed of doing this workout with 80 lbs of shotgun shells strapped to him.
