5 Pax stayed dry on a soggy morning by getting wet at the North Meck Rec Center. Here’s what we did:
Warm up: 200 swim, 200 kick, 200 pull
Set 1: 8×25 drill – underwater golf: Pax counted strokes and seconds it took to complete each 25. Then on successive laps tried to beat their score by fewer strokes and/or faster times.
Set 2: 5 x 200 swim on 4:40
Cool down 200 choice

Always a pleasure to lead this lot.
This was a great format. Especially the 8 X 25s. Where we all swam in unison and made the Lifeguards jobs much, much easier. Their heads just went one direction as we swam by in unison and then the other direction
