10 hard-chargers sallied out for a morning to remember the lovely Suszanne Somers at the Regal Beagle. All hands enjoyed the betterment of their cardio, strength and mobility with offerings such as: “the regal beagle”, “the Chrissy Snow(flake)”, “the Mr. Furley” , Jumping Jack(Trippers) and of course “the Suzanne Somers”.
- Congratulations are in order this morning…. ’twas a treat to see the salty pirate participating in what YHC believes to be his first boot camp since he went down with an injury months ago. And those congratulations include Airstream who has led the pirate in recovery! Recovering from a major injury is a physical and mental journey, and to have a pro helping guide that process is immensely helpful! BRAVO ZULU to the Blackbeard/Airstream team.
- Speaking of Blackbeard, he had the pax rolling with his one-liner. But later on he bombed with a “funny” story that just left everyone befuddled.
- Speaking of Airstream, he had a rough time with his vehicle this weekend and took out his frustration by verbally cajoling AOL into an amazing sprint at the end. AOL hit the jets to put an exclamation point on the morning.
- Speaking of cajoling, vote for Hippie and cajole others to do the same.
- Boar Hog and Boar Dog were in great form this morning. Boar Dog looked great after his haircut, and Boar Hog is on a 6-day F3 bender, and was doing some amazing Naval Special Warfare stuff hiding in the shrubs.
- More congratulations to Peart Plus and his church family at Mosaic Church on celebrating their Sweet 16th birthday.
- Speaking of church… Thug didn’t pay attention at church, but at least he went. He did show some folks to their seats so there’s that.
- Caesar and Strom put in solid work, although Caesar was hurling unfounded ChubClub accusations. I object counselor!
All-in-all it was another fine Berean morning, where the kisses are hers and hers and his three’s company too.
