10 Low Slow Merkins with right arm on the curb
10 Low Slow Squats with right leg on the curb
20 LBC’s with feet touching the curb on each rep
10 Low Slow Merkins with left arm on the curb
10 Low Slow Squats with left leg on the the curb
10 Jump Ups on the Curb OYO
10 Low Slow Decline Merkins
50 SSH IC
10 Low Slow Incline Merkins
Lunge Walk the length of the curb
Mosey all the way around HT to continue curb work

Repeato, but this time we did backward lunges followed by forward lunges
Mosey all the way around HT to continue curb work

Repeato but this time we did 10 low slow split leg squats with one foot on the curb. Flap-Jack.

Mosey to the launchpad area where we finished up with one set of 10 curb sits (sit down on the curb, lift you legs up, put them back down, and stand up).

Recover, recover.

Thoughts from the Q:

Hurley let us know what he thought of the workout right from the beginning. Boar Hog is always prepared when nature calls.
Great to keep seeing Primo at Fission.
Also, great to see Possum back. Don’t let work get in the way of working out!
Travolta was quiet this morning but pounded out the reps.
