Back to AO for ‘Top Gun”. Six reps with kb continuous : curls, presses, SC, rows, dead lift, sumo squats with drop for burpee when called. Six circuits up/down stairs. Grand finale was “Welsh Dragging “: plank position and drag kb 4 times with merkin +1 each time to 6 then count down to 1.
