Grab Blocks and go to the top deck by way of the stairwell. 

5 more around the circle with block curls, skull crushers, overhead press, bent over rows, and block squats. Lastly finish with 5 more quadfectas.

pair up: 1 teammate does the exercise while the other mosey down the parking deck 1 level and quadraphelia back up. Then swap it up until the reps are done. 

As a team do 50 Mike Tyson Merkins

3 rounds each teammate of Al Gore on the guardrail.

Zamparini with the blocks down a level and do 6 burpees.

Zamparini with the blocks down a level and do 5 burpees.

Zamparini with the blocks down a level and do 4 burpees.

Zamparini with the blocks down a level and do 3 burpees.
