Nice start with an explanation of the 2nd F pace but it didn’t quite work out that way. The Q was a little late getting started but Airstream was on it. Thanks! Little stretch before the run. Started the sets with side straddle hops (classic) and kept it going with Merkins and LBC’s at each stop. Lone Star and I were quietly bringing up the six, we couldn’t catch our breath keeping up with Soprano, Airstream and Hush Puppie. 3 miles at more than a 2nd F pace, good fellowship and appreciate Omega joining for a little Java. Great start to the day!
