10 PAX showed up at The General to kick off the weekend. Glad they did 👊.

The mood was a casual one as some PAX expressed experiencing some tough POSTs this week. Way to go AO Qs to push PAXs.  Hollywood with Cubicle was mentioned along with Fission with Jersey Boy. And of course PAINinsula was mentioned as well as that # after 7 😂.

Here’s how it went down.

Slow walk to first lighted parking lot for Warm-aroma: slow windmills IC X 10, long snapper IC X 15, slow IC Mericans X 5, mountain climbers IC X 10, Toy Soldiers IC X 15

Mosey down to the wall for: praying mantis IC X 10, decrease the block down 2 for 2nd set of praying mantis IC X 5. People’s Chair with air traffic controllers IC X 10, Rocky Balboa IC X 20.

Slow Mosey up the back parking lot to a ravine rock pile. Each PAC grab a rock for:

The Thang – 

Dora piece: partner up as Partner 1 does Rock Work exercises and partner 2 runs to the bottom of the hill for –

Ladder piece: partner NOT DOING rock work runs to the bottom of the hill and does called exercise for called reps, then switches with Rock Work partner

AMRAP piece: Rock Work is done until partner returns from Ladder piece 

Called exercises –

Round 1: Rock Work = Curls, Ladder = SSH 5, 10, 15, 20 count ea partner

Round 2: Rock Work = overhead chest press, Ladder = Bobby Hurleys 5, 10, 15, 20 count ea partner

Mobility Moment – round of pigeon each leg, child’s pose (Qs back was hurting)

Round 3: Rock Work = rock squats, Ladder = Mericans 5, 10 count ea partner

Round 4: Rock Work = skull crushers, Ladder = Carolina Dry Docks 5, 10 count ea partner

Rocks back (most PAX rolled them down the hill into the ravine)

Moleskin – great to see Dry Run back at The General and Tuffy as well. Great to see PAX back from long stretches from the GLOOM.

It’s clique to say that time flies while having fun, so this Q would say that this post didn’t feel like work because of the fellow PAX in attendance. The mumble Chatter was plentiful from almost all PAX, and the topics were pointed mainly at me in sarcasm which growing up in the Northeast (1 of the Mumble Chatter topics) I can enjoy. Camaraderie was high, and the workout seemed to just flyby.
