Gambini and Hippie work the polls and the blocks


When I wing the Q at 59 it’s hard to recall all that went down.  We moseyed serpentine like to the back and did the usual warmarama, but through in Forward straddle Hops which still throw people off.

We did two rounds of block work (squats, curls, OH press and Skull Crushers) and proceed to some DORA with each partner doing farmer carries of blocks while cooperatively completing 100 Merkins, 200 Squats, and 300 Hundred LBC’s.  We then hit the ground alternating Chest presses with various core exercises (about 4 rounds of that).  

 

BTW, Gambini and I were partners.  Wasn’t that cute!  

We wrapped up with The W’s, Pigeon stretch, Low dollies, pretzel crunches

 

Frontier wanted to end one minute early.  Not sure why

We kept the pace up and all pushed their best.
