FNG-1 is none other than Dr Jones!  Cold Nov morning but things soon warmed up.

Warm up: TS, WM, CP, MC, Sun Salute, Up/D Dog, Calf Raises.

Main Thang

Circuit of PL w/11 or so stops.  A Pax picks exercise at each.  To the Blocks for: curls, press, SC, Rows, DL, Squats.  
Plank CB drag 4 + 1 Cb merkin ladder to 5.  
Run to top of hill and back.  Pax picks a CB exercise.  Rinse and Repeat 3 times.  

Return CBs and back to launch pad.  
LBCs and done.
