8 pax showed at Titan to complain, but I convinced them to also run. (actually, I don’t think I heard a word from Mulligan the entire time).

Most pax did all the intervals (sprints, tempos, hills, recovers). 

We explored some newish AO property. 

We sprinkled some mobility moments in.

We got a total of about 3.5 miles.  That was 2.5 miles more than most pax had planned. 

Overall, a great time was had by all…in my best estimation
