Roll a 1 – mosey to 3rd entrance – 15 squats plus 5 lunges each leg – mosey back
Roll a 2 – mosey to dumpster – 15 SSH IC and 15 star jumps – mosey back
Roll a 3 – mosey to scout building – 15 dips IC and 15 step ups each leg – mosey back
Roll a 4 – mosey to shelter – 15 block curls IC, 15 shoulder presses IC, 15 skull crushers – mosey back
Roll a 5 – mosey to garden – 15 merkins and 15 moutain climbers IC
Roll a 6 – Mosey to 1st entrance – 15 Monkey Humpers IC

A fitting scripture this morning. As F3 members are dealing with their broken hearts, this scripture lets them know that God will heal their wounds. Keep lifting prayers for these members and their families.

- its tough for youth to play multiple sports anymore
- plan to travel all over the country to watch them play
Crabby and I were thankful that this wasn’t a Sparrow workout
After rolling a 6 with the first 2 rolls, the gang was worried what would happen if we rolled another 6 in the church parking lot.
