Mosey to Down Under where we did series of pull ups. To the blocks and over to pull up bars.
1) Series of pull ups using the CB in various configurations as starting platform; vertical, flat and on edge. Idea was to work on balance keeping the CB in position while performing a variety of PUs close, wide, and one arm.
2) Off the PU bars for presses and SCs.
3) Mosey to Down Unders for more PUs. Back to the big boy PU bars for a repeat of 1) and 2). Lot of MC as Sparrow complained that his arms were so tired he’d have to use a straw to drink his beer! Iron Horse relented and we returned the CBs.
