Awesome morning to lead today at Gladiator. The hardest working PAX in Isotope rolled into St. Mark’s ready to roll.

The Thang:
Run around to the back of the lot and grab a block.
Line up at the end by the BS trailer, Zampereni to the end of the peninsula drop your block run back down where we started and back. 4 exercises and then repeat in the other direction.
Plus 2 more repeatos, we knocked out 4 cycles.
Blocks up and mosey back to start.

I called a set of touch them heels, then passed it around. We made it halfway around the circle before 6:15. Got our J-Lo’s in though!
