It was a great day for a nice and easy taper run . YHC tried to find the flattest route around and mostly succeeded. We ran out the parkway and cut through the hood to the first traffic circle. We went left and ran out of the top of McCauley down to the light at Sam Furr and ran back. Great run guys.
Prayers for Friday and his family, The Counts brother and his family , all the aging parents and caregivers, our brothers who have been affected by layoffs recently, and all the unspoken prayers.
