How much running is a little running?????

Well, my preblast stated “very little running”!  So we had 24 PAX out for “very little running”!

Warm up:

SSH 49X (since I am still 49 until saturday), we did several other stretches & warm up exercises, IST, TS, windmill, long snapper etc to prepare our legs!

The Thang:

There were pressure washers out bright and early in the paininsula area, I had to redirect our route to the rock pile.  I did also miss a turn so I was getting some BS from the PAX since it did not seem like “very little running”!  We made it to the rock pile, partnered up and mosey to horseshoe hill.  Partner with the rock walked up the horseshoe route with their walking exercise of choice with the rock (curl, skull crusher, press, zamporini), other partner ran up the hill to switch on walking rock exercises, then partner ran down horseshoe hill to bottom, back up to meet partner and switch, we continued to the bottom of the other end of the horeshoe hill.  Then one partner walking lunge while other continued walking rock exercises, switch halfway, then return rocks.  Mosey to flag for Pledge.  Mosey to a smaller flatter horseshoe area, one partner run while other exercised, flip flop (3 times with follwing exercises merkins, squats, LBC).  Mosey to the pressure washed clean parking lot (except for the random fertilizer), each PAX on one parking lot line, 10 merkins plank walk down line 10 merkins (total of 40 merkins), next round 10 squats, shuffle down line, 10 squats (total 40 squats).  Mosey to homebase.  Merkin timebomb 5-4-3-2-1.

Mary: mason twist, heels to heaven, low flutter, LBC, break dancer, thee burpee

Moleskins:  How much running does “very little running” mean???  I guess a very little running is relative, we only ran 2 miles and some of us will be running 13 miles on saturday, so 2 miles is very little running!  Thank you for all that showed up, my Q for my last week in my 40’s!  The MOTY Airstream, thanked everyone and very humble said it best about iron sharpens iron in that we all have done more for him than he has done for us!  This is what F3 is all about and I want to challenge all of you to continue to introduce more FNG’s to our awesome group!  Thanks to Greyhound for taking us out in prayer and continued prayers for Friday and his family!
