Work travel this morning = short #bb. The coffee card ALMOST got pulled by YHC and Turnpike, but thankfully Ping and then Peart Plus showed up to save us from ourselves! #Accountability. Short mosey around the parking lot and then some warmorama. We got in some 10-min abs thanks to Pamela Reif on the ol youtubes (check her out, she’s way better than Jobe’s stupid peloton lady), knocked out 50 burpees in sets of 10 as both punishment and reward for Huntersville town board trivia, and got in some blockwork as well – 3 sets of curls, skull crushers, and shoulder press.

Turnpike taught us this morning that, yes, Democrats are people too. There are 7 currently serving on the Huntersville town board. (How many can you name??)
