Nine of the fastest pax in Isotope (including Doogie) found six days of burpees in a parking lot whimsical at FKT. Here is their story:
Jobe and Frodo met The Standard. Mr. Holland and YHC enjoyed the warmth of our cars. Same same.
The stallions gathered in their respective gates, didn’t listen to a word of instructions and took off for the burpees. As they do. It didn’t take long for them to stray but they found their way. Must have been the magic of Christmas.
Cubicle met Doogie recently and invited him out to F3. He proceeded to find FKT as he is on a journey looking for faith. Crushing FKT will certainly give you that and more brother. Swingstate and Smokey were on a similar journey and found all the little red gifts scattered along the perimeter of the parking lot.
Jobe marveled at the wonder and joy of the 12 days of Christmas workout. He exulted to the world that this morning was the best one yet. Swayze sounded equally joyful with each passing burpee.
We crushed 60 burpees, 100 dips, 120 split squats, 120 mericans, 100 Bonnie Blairs, and 60 LBCs as we ran the perimeter of the parking lot for ~4 miles. It was awesome.
