Several coyotes tried to take over the AO while the old Coots were moseying around the parking lot. Apparently they decided F3 was not their deal and moved on!

Lap around PL with stops for burps, squats, dips, step ups, merkins, lunge walk, pull ups and coyote observation. Back to AO for KBs. 8 x: ribbons, curls, presses, SC, chest raises, dead lift, summo. One pax run stairs for 8 cycles while other pax repeats KB cycle.
