Inverted Pyramids and other things at the Cauldron


12 Hard chargers did some KB excercises and other things (running).  Had a rough start on the cadence, I was thinking ahead and not paying attention.  But rallied and kept evryone in sync as much as possible (this is always a rough crowd). 

First we warmed up, then we started the pyramid.

40 Curls, 40 KB Squats, 40 KB swings – run a lap

30 Curls, 30 KB Squats, 30 KB swings – run a lap

20 Curls, 20 KB Squats, 20 KB swings – run a lap

10 Curls, 10 KB Squats, 10 KB swings – run a lap

40 Right Arm Rows, 40 Left Arm Rows, 40 Chest presses – run a lap

30 Right Arm Rows, 30 Left Arm Rows, 30 Chest presses – run a lap

20 Right Arm Rows, 20 Left Arm Rows, 20 Chest presses – run a lap

10 Right Arm Rows, 10 Left Arm Rows, 10 Chest presses – run a lap

Finished with J-Lo by Amen and some weird X thing by Jersey Boy
