Did you really think we’d get through December without the 12 days of Clarkmas

Event Date

Dec 30, 2023

Today is actually the 6th Day of Christmas. It technically ends Jan 5th. Back by default of nobody else signed up to Q here is what went down. For these 5 men we finished the F3 year strong. For you other 115 men registered on the Denver Slack, we missed you. But do not fear, you can make it up in 2024. 1/1/24 starts Monday. Make it your goal to get to at least one workout a week in 2024. Lead once per month in 2024.

Reflection
Luke 1 26-33
“God sent the angel Gabriel to Nazareth, a town in Galilee, to a virgin pledged to be married to a man named Joseph, a descendant of David. The virgin’s name was Mary. The angel went to her and said, “Greetings, you who are highly favored! The Lord is with you.” Mary was greatly troubled at his words and wondered what kind of greeting this might be. But the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary; you have found favor with God. You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you are to call him Jesus. He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David, and he will reign over Jacob’s descendants forever; his kingdom will never end.”

Moleskin

  • Clark is in Covid recovery. That was rough. Took off the last 2.5 weeks off of work and ended up working some every day, including Christmas and today. Yeah for hypothetic scenarios! Bonus that I got to spend all of it away from family and I think I picked it up on a vacation day in the office. I’m not beat-up or anything about that. In reality I still have a lot to be thankful for.
  • Sonar is a full fledged runner  now and has over 80 miles this month. He’s not too much of a fan of running slower to run faster though.
  • Spork is a runner too, just it’s not his feet… it’s his mouth. But we love Spork.
  • I wonder when we are going to have a putt-putt themed workout from Dr. Dolittle?
  • C-Sharp had “someone steal” the “si” badge from his car. Rumor has it that it took 13 hp from his car when it fell off (it was probably stolen).
