Kirk Cousins has been vocal in the media lately that his team has gotten soft and his chances of winning a Superbowl are fast fading. He’s also heard for many years about the iconic F3 AO we call Viking and made a special appearance this AM to see what all the hype was about.
YHC stoked to Q at Viking after a long hiatus from leading this awesome AO. Especially thankful to the 7 other PAX who refused to fart-sack even with the frigid sub freezing temp at the start of the workout. A brief disclaimer that no merkins would be offerered was made especially for Airstream and Canuck after they posted at a merkin-heavy Berean workout the day prior. We moseyed throughout the entire park, stopping a few times for plenty of cardio work and a dash of mobility at several stops. Airsteam and YHC had a brief convo on Saturday about the lack of opportunities to do back work so special attention was given this AM to ensure we hit some pull-ups on the playround in the back. A lap around the track was thrown in to cover extra distance. Thanks to Soprano and Canuck for keeping track of the time as YHC’s Garmin died pre-workout. In a suprise audible, YHC offered 1 Merkin IC after a special request from Airstream. We hit some MARY at the end, with 10 burpees OYO thrown in.
It was a fine morning and great start to the day. All 8 PAX attended coffeteria for some added 2nd F.
Always a privilege and honor to lead.
Please remember HushPuppy and his M in your prayers as they experienced a miscarriage on Chistmas Eve.
