Shooting Stars on the parkway

YHC started the year at Wilderness with a classic workout. We ran the ruff. What is a RTR? We run from the clubhouse to the bridge and back. Along the way we stop at every intersection and do an exercise. On the way out we did the following Mericans:

Hand release , Shoulder touch, Wide, Traditional, & Staggered. 

On the return we did the following core work:

Glute Bridges, Alternating leg glute bridges, Freddie Mercury’s, LBC, Jackknife LBC, & finished up with J-Los. 

Moleskine:

Amen, Frontier, & Rocket, were all stars today and collectively saw 5 shooting stars on the route. We covered 2.67 miles, did 100 Mericans, and 100 Core exercises. 
 We also ran into the Caboose group today as the looped us.

Strong work today.
